Lyrical

Lyrical encourages dancers to develop artistry, musicality, and technical control

Lyrical dance beautifully blends the grace of ballet with the fluidity and emotion of contemporary movement. This expressive style allows dancers to interpret music and storytelling through movement, creating performances that are both captivating and deeply imaginative.

Lyrical encourages dancers to develop artistry, musicality, and technical control while exploring dynamic movement and emotional expression. It is an excellent way for students to refine their technique while building confidence and stage presence.

To ensure a strong foundation, students must be enrolled in Grade 1 or 2 Ballet to be eligible for lyrical classes. This prerequisite helps dancers develop the strength and technique needed to fully explore the style’s intricate movement quality.
