Whether you're aiming to improve your range of motion & flexibility, prevent injuries, or enhance your overall dance performance, our expert instructor will guide you through exercises that focus on alignment, controlled movement, and mindful breathing that will be sure to help you reach your goals!
These classes will be offered to Level 3/4 students (10-11years), Level 5/Inter Found students (12-13years) and Inter/Senior students (14+).
